Dr. Cetiner
Mete H. Cetiner received his Ph.D. degree in the Management of Information Systems and Technology (School of Information Systems and Technology (SISAT), Claremont Graduate University (CGU), Claremont, CA). Dr. Cetiner holds Master’s degrees in the fields of Management of Information Systems (M.S. in MIS) (SISAT, CGU) and Information Systems (Department of Information Systems, Middle East Technical University (METU), Ankara, Turkey). In both schools, he has had various teaching, research, technical, and administrative positions. He received his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering (Department of Industrial Engineering, Gazi University (GU), Ankara, Turkey).
Why Learning Community 2.0?
This site was originally set up as a platform where a series of Web-based systems specifically designed for next generation learning communities, including the Multimedia Management and Presentation System (MMPS) (see Projects for details) could be implemented and tested. In addition to hosting such Web-based projects, the site is also serving as a place to host Dr. Cetiner’s e-portfolio.
